Supporting dietitians to aid children in having a healthy relationship with food in early life.

Dietitian Mentoring
A$200.00

Are you a dietitian who wants to work in early childhood education and care (ECEC)?

Supporting young children, educators, and families around food and nutrition is an incredibly rewarding area of dietetic practice — but it’s one that most of us received very little practical training in at university.

I offer 1:1 mentoring for dietitians who want to build confidence, clarity, and real-world skills to work effectively in the ECEC sector. My mentoring supports you to expand your scope of practice beyond traditional clinical roles and step into work with early learning services, educators, and families in a way that is evidence-based, practical, and aligned with sector requirements.

I bring experience as an Accredited Practising Dietitian, a paediatric dietitian working directly within ECEC settings, and the founder of Early Childhood Dietetics. My work spans food incursions, educator professional development, advisory and consultancy support, and resource development aligned with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

Through mentoring, I support dietitians to:

  • Understand how the ECEC sector works and where dietitians fit

  • Develop confidence communicating with educators and services

  • Translate nutrition evidence into practical, educator-friendly guidance

  • Navigate compliance, policies, and real-world challenges in early learning settings

  • Build sustainable, meaningful roles or businesses within the ECEC space

Whether you’re newly graduated, returning to practice, or looking to diversify your work, my mentoring is designed to meet you where you’re at and support you to grow into this unique and impactful area of dietetics.
